Who to contact

Website hosting

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Requests involve technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested page and request time, used to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

Contact enquiries

The contact form processes your name, email address, optional company name, enquiry type, message and selected language to deliver your enquiry and enable a reply. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Cloudflare processes the form request, and Resend delivers the message to [email protected]. Your email address is used as the reply-to address. Messages are also processed by the company’s mailbox provider. Email and telephone links open your chosen application.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical browser and network information; the website verifies its token before sending a message. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Cookies and browser storage

The website code does not add advertising trackers, visitor analytics, embedded maps or externally hosted fonts. It does not save form drafts in browser storage. Hosting and security services may process technical information as described in their notices.

Storage and service providers

The website does not create a database of enquiries. Copies may remain in delivery-service logs and the company mailbox. Retention depends on the relevant service settings and the company’s handling of correspondence. This website does not automatically delete messages from those services or the company mailbox. For information about the retention of your enquiry, or to request deletion, contact [email protected].

Cloudflare, Resend and the mailbox provider may process data outside Libya. Locations and safeguards depend on the provider and account arrangements. Further information is available in Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy.

Your enquiries and requests

You can contact us to ask about information you have submitted or request access, correction or deletion. Requests will be assessed under applicable law, including any obligations to retain records. Where applicable law provides additional rights, such as objection, restriction or a complaint to a supervisory authority, those rights remain available.
